Shipping & Tracking
MATERNITY LEAVE/SHIPPING DELAY: Orders placed after 2/15/2010 may take upwards of three weeks to ship, but your shipping cost will be refunded to thank you for your patience. Otherwise, most orders ship within 5 - 7 business days of being placed and are shipped via United States Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped. Orders generally arrive in 4 - 7 business days from the ship date, depending on your location. Expedited shipping can be requested for an additional fee; please contact us for additional costs prior to placing an order. We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Please contact us prior to placing an order to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

Return Policy
We pride ourselves on a quality product and pleasing you, the customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any un-used item for a refund or replacement, for any reason, within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us to inform us of a return and get information on where to send the return. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. You may want to insure and/or track your return; we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns. A credit will be issued to the credit card you paid with once the returned item has been received. Please allow 7-10 business days to process the return.
